One of the largest Christian churches in the world, this cathedral is definitely worth paying a visit! Entrance is free (voluntary donations) and there’re some great exhibitions to be seen as well.

Supposedly the largest Cathedral in the world, it's one of my favorite places. Go to the Halloween Extravaganza: silent b&w movie, eery organ, procession of ghouls--amazing.

The Vertical tour is both an architectural and historical tour, allowing you to get up close with the stained glass windows, go on the roof and view the nave.

Id put it as one of the top places to see in nyc. The architecture is just magnificent and breathtaking. Great place for concerts. So is the Angel Gabriel statue outside and adjacent to the church.

The 4th largest church in the world with the biggest exhibit in the States (the Phoenix). Definitely worth a visit. I heard the sculpture is not going to be here for long.

Wonderful cathedral! I have no idea why they do not recommend it on the internet! We were just walking to the Columbian University and we saw this beautiful cathedral! Really really nice place.
